So, its been a rough week, with working 14 hour days at work and going to the Great American Beer Festival, I didn’t think I was going to lose anything this week, but I did, and I’m very proud of myself. I also didn’t work our quite as much as I should have because of working such crazy hours. But on the days off and day I didn’t work 14 hours I did work out, and this week has been easier and I’ve managed to stick to things. Here is the update on my weightloss

Weight – 139.8 lbs
Body Fat – 28%
Body Water – 49.5%
Bone Mass – 7 lbs
Muscle Mass – 42.7 lbs

I passed my 2nd mini Goal of 7 lbs, now onto 6 lbs, so 133 is the next goal, that will be the least I’ve ever weighed since I can remember in my adult/teen life.
