another 1.8 lbs AND…

Thats right, so this week I lost another 1.8 lbs, almost 2 lbs in 1 week! So exciting!!! On top of that the weight is the same I weighed at my fittest point in high school (and what has been on my drivers license since i was 16), and is the same as the lowest standard weight I’ve ever had in my teen/adult life! I am very proud of myself. On top of that, for the first time in a long time I have a normal BMI, rather than over weight. =] Here are my stats this week:

Weight -138 lbs
Body Fat – 27.8%
Body Water – 49.7%
Bone Mass – 6.8 lbs
Muscle Mass – 42.3
