Doing doubles

Well I wanted to be really good and do a double workout today, but after I got home I was waiting for Dave to finish eating, and then he didn’t even want to work out in the end… Although his sister worked out with me instead, by the time we were done with just the weight lifting it was midnight, and I didn’t wanna do an hour of cardio after that, it would keep me up all night… So instead I’m going to do 2 workouts tomorrow, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening with dave’s sis again so she can see the other power 90 work out.

I feel a little better today, hopefully tomorrow with a double workout I’ll feel even better about myself, and hopefully I get my scale soon so I can find out what I weigh finally, fingers crossed for under 145!
