So far so good

I started p90x on sunday and its been going really well so far. I’m really proud of myself not only am I doing the workout but I’m actually keeping with the nutrition plan, which is awesome. I weighed myself today because I’m changing my weigh in to saturdays and I still wanted a few days between my weekly weigh in and my new weigh in. So here are the results for this week

Weight – 135.2 lbs
body fat – 26.6 %
body water – 50.6 %
bone mass – 6.8 lbs
muscle mass – 42.3 lbs

I just keep getting lower, which is super exciting! Day off today, from work, doing yoga soon, gonna go eat breakfast now.
